Stephen joined Savills Earth in 2021. He leads projects that seek humancentric and climate conscious outcomes for retrofit and new build developments.
Stephen is a chartered engineer who has been working in sustainability in the built environment since 2012. Stephen’s goal is always to seek the smartest, fairest and most cost-effective route to a sustainable outcome and shift toward critical net zero carbon targets. He prides himself on succinct and effective communication of data-driven solutions that empower clients, enable well-informed decision making, and realise the value in sustainable design.
Stephen will use this approach to guide clients through decisions such as whether to build, retain, demolish or repurpose buildings, to develop concepts into robust designs, and to support in the validation of design solutions to ensure they deliver on their intent.
Outside of work, Stephen can be found running with, or after, his whippet.
