
Ciaran is an associate director in Savills’ Bristol planning team, specialising in major planning applications, urban regeneration, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the use of technology in planning practice.
With over 10 years’ experience, Ciaran advises on complex development projects across the UK and has particular experience coordinating large-scale schemes where planning strategy, EIA and project management need to be closely aligned. Key projects have included West Cheltenham within the wider Golden Valley allocation, Tribeca Belfast, and major regeneration projects in Bristol city centre including The Galleries and Haymarket.
Ciaran is also the technology champion for Savills’ Planning Division, with a focus on how digital tools and responsible AI can support better, faster and more consistent planning and environmental advice. His work in this area includes contributing to tech and AI initiatives in planning, speaking on technology in planning practice, and directly developing and implementing AI tools and workflows.
