Aileen joined Savills in 2025 as a director focus on healthcare valuations across hospitals, medical centres, and NHS Assets.
Before joining Savills, Aileen spent eight years at JLL, where she served as a director in the healthcare advisory team. There, she led periodical valuations of over 500 healthcare assets valued in excess of £2 billion. She is also an appointed member of the RICS Expert Working Group, helping to update professional standard on valuation of medical centres and surgery premises 3rd edition which is published in May 2025. Earlier in her career, Aileen developed her expertise in commercial valuation at Cushman & Wakefield in the UK, CBRE in Australia, and DTZ (now C&W) in China, advising institutional clients across office, retail, and industrial assets.
As a director in Savills' OCM healthcare division, Aileen leads valuation strategies for clients across all healthcare property types, with a core focus on primary care. Drawing on 15 years of international expertise, she serves as a trusted advisor focused on optimising investments in this critical sector. A key focus is integrating ESG principles into valuations and projections, ensuring clients implement sustainable strategies, a commitment reinforced by her work on the RICS Expert Working Group.
Outside of work, Aileen is deeply involved in her local community, volunteering regularly with the 7th Bristol Scout Group to provide support for young people from all backgrounds. She is also a keen supporter of the arts, enjoying the drama and design of opera. This appreciation for thoughtful, sustainable design extends to her interest in the clean, functional aesthetic of Nordic architecture.
