Based in the Birmingham development team, Michael leads the mixed use development function, focusing on immediate land opportunities and working with both public and private sector landowners to unlock and deliver City Centre development opportunities. He also provides advice on strategic land assembly and masterplanning to unlock urban regeneration projects.

Michael focuses on delivering market facing advice, providing tailored advice to, structuring transactions to ensure deliverable solutions. 

Michael is an advocate of office working, enjoying interaction with clients and colleagues and collaborative working. In his spare time, Michael enjoys most sports and country sporting pursuits.
