Aishleen began her career in residential lettings, gaining valuable experience as a Lettings Negotiator, where she developed a strong understanding of property marketing, tenant management, and delivering high levels of client service. This early experience provided her with a solid foundation in the fast paced rental market and enabled her to build confidence working with both landlords and tenants.

Alongside her practical experience, Aishleen studied Real Estate in Wisconsin, giving her a broader, international perspective on the property industry and strengthening her understanding of market dynamics and investment principles.

In 2026, she joined Savills as a Lettings Negotiator, where she continues to build on her experience within a highly regarded and dynamic team. She is known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to build strong, lasting relationships, ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service.
Aishleen prides herself on delivering tailored support to both landlords and tenants, helping to navigate the lettings process efficiently while achieving the best possible outcomes in a competitive market.

Outside of work, Aishleen enjoys commercial dancing and exploring new restaurants with friends and family.
