About Maidstone Town Opportunity Areas

Maidstone Borough Council had identified five town centre sites within the town centre that have the potential for development in the coming years. Savills Urban Design and Development specialists were appointed to gain an understanding of the constraints and opportunities associated with each site and devise indicative design scenarios which could be appraised for their viability. The sites present opportunities for family homes and apartments together with business, retail and leisure uses including enhancements to the frontage of the River Medway.
