- If you were granted time-limited right to rent, when you’re contacted about refresh checks you must take quick action.
- If you have a dependent who is living with you and turns 18 during the tenancy, we must complete right to rent checks on them. If this will apply to your dependents, please let me know and I’ll explain the next steps.

If we, or your landlord, don’t receive your information in time we may have to make a report to the Home Office.
