Getting your pool open in time
You should check your tenancy agreement to see if it’s your or your landlord's responsibility to open any swimming pool.
Contractors get booked up early when the weather warms up so it’s important to plan early so you have your pool in full working order in time for when you want to use it. Remember to factor into your timescales the fact that any chemicals that need to be added will need time to take effect.
Keep your family, any permitted occupiers and any visitors safe when they visit your rented property
Keep a close eye on the fencing, covers or other safety measures around water features for signs of any disrepair or damage. You must immediately report signs of disrepair to your landlord, or us if we manage your property, so that quick action can be taken.
