Savills hosted its second UK science real estate conference, which took place at King’s College Science Gallery in London Bridge on Wednesday 10th May 2023.
The event saw more than 150 occupiers, landlords and developers in attendance to listen to a host of experts discuss the sector, with a focus on driving commercialisation in UK science.
The panel covered a range of topics, from how effective UK academia is at commercialising intellectual property (IP), to whether there is the right government strategy and support in place for the life science sector, as well as looking at the impact of current challenges from a venture capital perspective both in the UK and the US.
