Savills Leeds Office, 3 Wellington Pl, LS1 4AP
At UKREiiF in 2025, Tim Burke from EG chaired a panel exploring the correlation between Real Estate decision making and food poverty, focussing on development and education. Since then, work has continued to influence, support and understand government policy and solutions to the problems faced in our poorest communities. The next in the series will be aimed at investors, developers and local authorities to give suggestions about strategic and practical opportunities for the alleviation and prevention of poverty, drawing together synergies from the education estates policy, child poverty strategy and National Planning Framework.
