Philip Hoare (Banbury office) tells us that with so many policy changes coming into effect, farmers will have the opportunity to review their farming businesses. And with more land and farms coming to the market, there is likely to be more buyers driven by the environmental opportunities which government is looking to support, for example: rewilding, natural capital and bio diversity offset.
