About South Warrington, Cheshire

This work for Homes England aimed to assess the deliverability of Homes England’s site and included an Illustrative Masterplan which established that a high quality development could come forward. Where possible, the proposed development parcels accorded with Warrington Borough Council’s wider Concept Diagram provided within the local plan policy. A number of technical surveys were commissioned by Homes England which advanced the evidence base for the land and which had a significant influence on the scale and distribution of various land uses across the site.
