About Otterpool Park Garden Town
Savills was appointed to undertake a review of a draft masterplan for a greenfield site at Otterpool Park which had been prepared by others. Our remit was to test its place-making, masterplanning and viability credentials. The process included our own constraints analysis, checks and recommendations on proposed housing densities and capacity and the provision of constructive guidance on placemaking. Our work included the preparation of two alternative masterplan sketch options as well as a review of land with potential development value beyond the masterplan boundaries.
