Canada Water is set to become a dynamic London district, with British Land delivering 3,000 new net zero homes, 1 million sqft of shops and restaurants, a brand-new leisure centre, and up to 2 million sqft of workspace. The development will also feature 12 acres of new public spaces, including a 3.5-acre park, a new Town Square, London’s first new high street in many years, and 16 new streets.

Canada Water is exceptionally well-connected. The Jubilee line offers direct connections to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, and Westminster, while the London Overground links Canada Water to Shoreditch, Islington, and Clapham Junction. For drivers, the area is accessible via the Rotherhithe Tunnel and the A200, providing routes to central London and Greenwich.
