About Kettering Town Centre

Savills were lead consultants for the production of a comprehensive materplan for Kettering Town Centre which evolved into a draft Local Development Framework (LDF) Area Action Plan and supplementary report. A key part of this work was the detailed design of an award-winning civic space around the historic Market Place. The project required innovative and extensive stakeholder engagement including an interactive website, exhibitions and design workshops.
