a) The prize is for one entrants to win a £150 John Lewis voucher  

a) The winners will be chosen at random from all entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

b) Winners will be notified by email.

e) Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted by 1st November or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entry at random.

g) Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
