Andrew Pearce, who heads up our Rural Agency team for the North, provides a snapshot of the land market concentrating on supply, demand, prices and the private market. Now in 2021, Savills research has shown that supply levels are recovering from the historic lows of 2019, with over 45,000 acres coming to the open market. This in an increase of 29%, over the same period last year and more locally, 37%, with the private market showing the strongest growth, and demand remaining strong for the best in class.
