Once a pioneering urban estate of the 1960s, The Blackwell Reach Regeneration Programme is transforming the area into a modern, sustainable community, with a collection of 1575 contemporary apartments, lush communal green spaces, shops and amenities to suit the modern city lifestyle.
This will be delivered in five stages, with the opening of Station Square, Parkside East, Parkside West and more.
The new homes will offer stunning river or city views, with a welcoming, thriving community all centred around the peaceful oasis of the revitalised Millennium Green – where you’ll find beautiful planting, trees and ample seating for a useful-yet-immersive space.
