About SOUTH LONDON

An architectural feasibility study was prepared for a 60 room care home with extra care / assisted living and a 63 unit residential option to assess the viability and most suitable redevelopment of the site. The design of both options responded to the historically sensitive setting, 7 metre level change and residential neighbouring uses. The scheme was submitted for pre-application consultation with the local planning authority. The proposals were prepared in collaboration with Savills Planning.
