About THIS PROJECT

An illustrative masterplan and architectural design feasibility study was prepared on a site located on the urban edge of a major City in the south-east of England. The proposals transformed an existing light industrial use and out of town retail location with two residential buildings focussed around a private residents garden, retail and community uses. The proposals sought to repair the fragmented urban setting with new pedestrian connections and the extension of an existing street. With Savills Planning and Commercial.
