About Kew Biothane
The redevelopment of surplus Thames Water owned land fronting the River Thames in Kew informed the design of a 90 unit residential masterplan and architectural design feasibility study. Occupying a redundant and constrained utilities site, the proposals were designed to front on to an existing street and to frame a new landscaped park and river frontage. The residential courtyard building typology maximised aspect and views onto the River Thames. The proposals were submitted for pre-application advice and raised significant value for the land owner prior to the site being sold. With Savills Planning and Land sectors.
