Savills has strengthened its southern residential business with two senior appointments in Truro and Salisbury.
Cornwall prime property specialist Harriette Thompson has joined Savills Truro as head of residential sales for Cornwall, while Camilla Elwell has been announced as a director in the Salisbury residential sales team.
Harriette will lead the firm’s Truro-based residential sales team, focusing on the region's prime coastal and country markets. She joins Savills with over six years’ experience in Cornwall’s premium property sector, most recently as General Manager for a boutique independent agency in St Mawes.
Harriette has built a strong reputation within Cornwall's residential market, advising clients on valuations, marketing strategy and sales negotiations. Her in-depth knowledge of the county, combined with a highly personal approach to client service, has helped establish her as a trusted adviser among her clients.
Harriette joins a highly experienced Savills team of seven residential sales specialists operating in Cornwall.

Camilla has joined Savills residential team in Salisbury as a director, bringing almost 14 years’ experience in the property industry, predominantly with Savills Country House Department - specialising in the sale of prime country houses across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and West Berkshire.
In her new role, Camilla will focus on the Salisbury market, working closely with colleagues across Savills’ neighbouring offices in Wimborne, Winchester, Lymington, Bath and Newbury to provide clients with access to the firm’s wider regional and national network.
