Savills Strengthens Global Occupier Services Leadership as Platform Continues to Expand

New and expanded global roles reflect continued investment in integrated solutions, consistent service delivery and strategic advisory capabilities for occupier clients

NEW YORK, NY/LONDON, UK (September 16, 2026)—Savills today announced three senior leadership appointments within its Global Occupier Services (GOS) business as the firm continues to expand its multi-market, multiservice relationships with corporate occupiers worldwide.

These Global Occupier Services appointments include Ryan Walsh, promoted to Executive Vice President, Global Head of Transaction Management and Account Operations; Soufian Alsabbagh, promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Enterprise Solutions; and Kelly McGarvey, promoted to Global Head of Strategic Consulting.

The promotions strengthen leadership across three areas central to the platform's continued growth: global transaction and account management, enterprise solutions and strategic consulting. Together, the roles are designed to further connect Savills professionals and capabilities across the Americas, EMEA and APAC while supporting consistent service delivery and increasingly integrated solutions for global occupiers.

“As our Global Occupier Services relationships grow across markets and service lines, we need leaders who can connect the right expertise to our clients and help our teams operate as one global platform,” said Rick Schuham, Chief Executive Officer, Global Occupier Services at Savills. “Ryan, Soufian and Kelly have each demonstrated that ability in different ways. They understand that our strongest client relationships are built not simply by providing individual services, but by bringing together people, insight and capabilities from across Savills to solve more complex business and real estate challenges.”

In his role as Global Head of Transaction Management and Account Operations, Walsh will lead Savills established global transaction and account management platform, overseeing service delivery across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. He will focus on advancing alignment, consistency and best practices across regions while continuing to oversee key client engagements and client solution development.

Walsh brings nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience and joined Savills in 2021 in a role supporting Global Occupier Services in North America and is based in the firm’s New York office. Over the past five years, he has contributed to a sevenfold increase in managed GOS client accounts in North America and the corresponding expansion of the transaction management and account operations teams supporting those relationships across the globe.

“Our clients increasingly expect their real estate partners to understand their organizations globally while still delivering with precision at the local level,” Walsh said. “That requires strong teams, clear operating practices and close collaboration across markets. We have built significant momentum, and I’m looking forward to continuing to strengthen the connections between our people and helping our teams deliver consistently for clients wherever they operate.”

As part of his new responsibilities as Senior Vice President, Global Enterprise Solutions, Alsabbagh will be expanding his role in developing customized strategies and integrated solutions to win new global portfolio clients and grow relationships with existing clients across multiple markets and business lines.

He is based in New York and will work closely with Savills global brokerage network and other business lines to connect client opportunities with the broader capabilities of Global Occupier Services, including portfolio and transaction management, lease administration, onboarding and governance, technology solutions and strategic consulting. He will also help connect clients with complementary Savills capabilities, including occupancy strategy, workplace strategy, project management and other advisory services.

“Our global brokerage relationships create an important foundation for understanding our clients and where their needs are evolving,” Alsabbagh said. “The opportunity is to build on those relationships by connecting clients with the broader expertise that exists throughout Savills. By bringing together markets, services and disciplines around a client’s objectives, we can develop more comprehensive solutions and create relationships that extend well beyond an individual transaction.”

As Global Head of Strategic Consulting, McGarvey will be expanding her leadership responsibilities across the Savills global occupier platform while continuing her existing EMEA Co-Lead role. In the newly expanded role, McGarvey, based in London, will oversee the global strategic consulting offering, bringing together portfolio strategy, location strategy, labor analytics, workplace and utilization analytics, project management, mergers and acquisitions support and consulting. She will focus on strengthening connectivity between these capabilities across regions and helping clients evaluate real estate decisions through the broader lens of workforce, portfolio performance and business strategy.

“Occupiers are making increasingly interconnected decisions about talent, location, portfolio and workplace, and they need those questions considered together rather than in isolation,” McGarvey said. “By more closely connecting our strategic consulting expertise around the world, we can give clients a more comprehensive view of the factors shaping their portfolios and help them make informed decisions about where and how their organizations should operate.”

McGarvey joined Savills in January 2026 as a Director within the firm’s Global Occupier Services business and has served as Co-Lead for GOS Strategic Consulting across EMEA.

The appointments are the latest in a series of investments Savills has made to expand the leadership, capabilities and global connectivity of its Global Occupier Services business. In March 2026, the firm promoted Kim Esposito to Executive Vice President, Global Head of Lease Administration & Audit, expanding her responsibility for the structure and delivery of Savills lease administration and audit services across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

The expansion of the Enterprise Solutions team is another important part of that investment. Alsabbagh will work alongside Christian Palmer, who joined the GOS leadership team as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions in October 2025. Together, Palmer and Alsabbagh will focus on developing integrated, multiservice solutions for occupiers with complex domestic and global portfolios, connecting opportunities across regions, service lines and the broader Savills platform.

The investments reflect an ongoing focus within Global Occupier Services on expanding long-term, multiservice client relationships while strengthening connections between Savills global brokerage network and capabilities, including transaction management, portfolio advisory, lease administration, workplace strategy, project management, technology and other specialist services.
