Savills UK has announced the acquisition of Mark Tunstall Property, a super prime property letting and management business in prime central London.
The acquisition will complement the bespoke service Savills offers high net worth landlords and tenants across prime central and north London. It will also enhance Savills established super prime letting business beyond the capital, across the UK.
Mark will join as co-head of super prime lettings (London), and will work alongside Isabella Birch Reynardson, co-head of super prime lettings (UK). He will be based in the firm’s Sloane Street office and be fully integrated with Savills Private Office and the Savills global network.
Mark Tunstall Property was founded 14 years ago and in total Mark has over 20 years’ experience of prime central London lettings. Mark was head of lettings for Chesterfield, he then set up the super prime letting department for Savills before establishing his own firm.
Over his career Mark has handled some of the capital’s most significant rental transactions working with high net worth individuals across all prime central London boroughs.
Also joining Savills as part of the acquisition is Murdi van Hien. Murdi, who has been instrumental in driving Tunstall’s exponential growth, has over 16 years’ experience in prime central London lettings and an impressive track record. She started her career with Savills and now returns as director in the super prime lettings team.
