International real estate advisor has promoted director Jonathan Smith to Head of its Portfolio Valuation team, based at the firm’s Finsbury Circus office in the City of London.
Having joined the company in April 2025, Jonathan’s specialism lies in leading substantial fund valuations for major institutions across all property sectors. In his new role as head of portfolio valuation, he will work closely with directors Ollie King and Adam Whereat, who form the wider leadership group for the team.
