Savills has strengthened its Global Occupier Services division with the appointment of Nick Winter as Director in the Corporate Account Management team, based in its HQ in Margaret Street, London.
Nick has 14 years’ experience working in real estate. Most recently, he has held the position of Director at CBRE with nearly nine years with the firm working across global client portfolios, covering a mixed range of asset classes. Prior to this Nick worked at Hamptons International for five years.
Savills Global Occupier Services provides corporate clients with strategic, transactional, and project management real estate services to aid their property portfolios. Within his new role, Nick will work alongside the team to offer a range of global real estate services to corporate occupier clients, including managing processes and advising on strategy.
