Savills has expanded its Rating team with the appointment of Tom Warren, who will be based at the firm’s Finsbury Circus office in the City of London. Tom joins Savills as a Director and brings specific expertise in the office and restaurant/leisure sectors and will focus primarily on the Central London market.
Tom spent 7.5 years at Colliers providing clients with holistic business rates advice across a range of sectors within central London and is experienced in advising occupiers, owners and developers of commercial property, predominantly in the City of London.
