Savills, on behalf of the Fund Manager Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM), has agreed a new five-year lease at The Pinnacle on King Street in Manchester to Henry Blue Ltd, an education recruitment agency.
Henry Blue has taken 2,640 sq ft of fitted office space on the seventh floor of the building. The floor reflects L&G’s capsule offer which is plug and play workspace and features a variety of separate breakout and meeting areas.
The Pinnacle is located in the heart of Manchester, the Grade A office building offers a range of open plan offices and fully fitted options.

Office occupier activity in Manchester city has more than doubled in the third quarter of the year. Take-up reached 351,063 across a total of 59 transactions, versus 179,073 sq ft during the previous quarter.
