Savills Capital Advisors (SCA) has appointed Karl Kelly as an Associate Director in its fast-growing team with immediate effect.
This follows the hiring in November of Irina Stoichkova, who joined SCA from Rothschild & Co, and Jan Crosby who joined from KPMG earlier last year.
Kelly will be based in Savills Margaret Street head office and joins from ALMCOR, a pan-European real estate company, where he worked on acquisitions for their Active Value team. He has ten years of real estate investment experience, including five years at Tristan Capital Partners.
Savills Capital Advisors is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), working across all real estate sectors to deliver structuring, financing and transactional services to a global client base. Now with 25 people, the team includes qualified accountants, investment bankers, financial analysts and financial modellers, advising across both equity and debt.
