Savills, on behalf of the Cheshire-based independent restaurant operator behind Sasso in Disley and Cibo in Wilmslow, has acquired the leasehold of the former Carluccio’s in Hale.
Savills, on behalf of the Cheshire-based independent restaurant operator behind Sasso in Disley and Cibo in Wilmslow, has acquired the leasehold of the former Carluccio’s in Hale.
The operator will take over the remainder of a 25-year lease expiring in 2039 for the restaurant on Victoria Road, which extends to 3,519 sq ft (327 sq m) across ground floor and basement. The property will undergo a high quality refurbishment and trade under the Cibo brand.
