F&C REIT has retained international real estate advisor Savills as the managing agent at Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness following its client’s purchase from The Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund.
Totalling 410,000 sq ft (38,089 sq m), Eastgate Shopping Centre occupies a prime location in the heart of Inverness and is anchored by Marks & Spencer and Debenhams. Other tenants include H&M, Next, Boots, Topshop and Superdry.
