Sue joined Savills October 2017, working out of the Leeds office and covering the whole of Yorkshire. She specialises in the valuation of residential land and buildings.
After graduating from the University of Northumbria in 1993, Sue spent 4 years working in the north east before moving to Leeds in 1997 and focusing on the Yorkshire market. She has been focusing her attention on the residential market since 1999.
Sue specialises in the residential sector, primarily carrying our valuations on behalf of banks, housebuilders, investors and landowners. She also carries out viability work, negotiating for reduced affordable housing and S106 contributions.
Sue spends her spare time enjoying the Yorkshire countryside with her husband and son, on spa days with girlfriends, or skiing in Europe if she is really lucky.
