Simon joined Savills in 2007 as an Investment director and since then has advised on a number of high profile acquisitions and disposals across most sectors in Yorkshire and the north east.
Simon's experience at Savills covers most sectors but with a particular emphasis on in town offices and industrial opportunities He has a strong track record in providing Investment advice to a mixture of fund, property company and private clients.
Simon has been back in the Leeds market since 2002, but prior to this he spent six years working as an Investment agent in London. Simon has been a qualified member of the RICS since 1998.
