Matthew specialises in contract administration, project management, technical due-diligence, building surveys, planned preventative maintenance programmes and dilapidations within the commercial property market, dealing with clients from initial briefings right through to design stages, reporting and handover.

Matthew has always maintained a strong interest in both the local and national property markets, whilst also starting out his career in London with Savills.
