Kirsty O'Donnell

Kirsty advises clients across the development cycle, from disposals of immediate and strategic land to Development Consultancy advice - including viability assessments, market research reports and development feasibility studies. Kirsty also works closely with housing associations on the acquisition of affordable housing on new build schemes and is a Registered Valuer, undertaking valuations of land for residential development, single units and portfolios for secured lending.

Kirsty joined Savills in 2013. Prior to joining she worked at Aguirre Newman and Drivers Jonas in Madrid.

She holds an undergraduate degree in commerce with Spanish from the University of Birmingham and a postgraduate degree with distinction in Surveying from the University of Reading.
