Josh joined Savills in March of 2025. Operating in the Leeds office, Josh works within building and project consultancy. His role is graduate building surveyor.

Prior to Josh joining Savills, he was involved in a property management role. This involved ensuring landlord and tenant issues were resolved quickly and diligently.

Josh specialises in contract administration, planned preventative maintenance programmes and dilapidations.

Josh currently lives locally in Leeds and often enjoys hikes in the surrounding countryside. With a passion for rugby & football, he often likes to watch matches with friends and family.
