Philip joined Savills in 2004 in the Wimborne office in Dorset. Philip specialises in valuation and is also involved in recoveries and receivership.
Philip is a chartered surveyor, registered valuer and fixed charge receiver.
Philip also undertakes Red Book valuations for secured lending on country houses, development sites, and residential and commercial property throughout Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Philip is involved with recoveries work acting for banks and is appointed on a variety of assets across the UK in receivership.
Philip began his career in 1985 in Bournemouth in residential estate agency, moving to commercial agency in Southampton in 1989, to further his training. Philip qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992, after moving back to Wimborne in a general practice role.
