Erin Banks

Erin is an environmental planning specialist with 20 years consultancy and local authority experience in EIA co-ordination, DCO advice, project management and environmental planning. Erin is a full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and a chartered environmentalist.

Erin's main role is to project manage the EIA and related processes and to provide advice and project management support on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs). Project experience is wide ranging across the range of energy and infrastructure sector and includes rail freight, wind, BESS and carbon capture, in addition to wide ranging experience in residential and mixed use schemes, retail and commercial projects. 

Erin is experienced in managing large multidisciplinary project teams and liaising with clients, architects and external consultants to deliver sound advice, robust assessments and balance the competing demands of regulatory bodies and developers, to ensure the best solution.
