Julia Pound

Julia leads our Natural Capital team in the South of England.

Having spent the past 14 years providing strategic estate management advice to a number of long term rural landowners from Kent to Cornwall, she now has particular focus in helping our clients navigate the world of nutrient neutrality and biodiversity net gain.

Having graduated from Reading University in 2008, Julia started her career with a national firm based in Kent, joining Savills in 2014. Julia has worked in the Oxford, Exeter and now Taunton offices.

From a farming background, Julia has always been interested in the rural economy and the issues and opportunities facing rural landowners in the UK.
