She qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2020 and successfully became an associate in the business in 2024.

Her primary focus is on estate management for a diverse range of clients, including private estates, corporations, charities, and institutional landowners. Charlotte provides professional advice on rural assets, encompassing agricultural, residential, and commercial properties. Based in the Cirencester office, she oversees rural portfolios in Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties.

Charlotte is from a family farm just outside of Cirencester and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, engaging in activities such as dog walking, cycling, and travelling.
