Charles has 17 years experience in rural consultancy work. He provides valuations for loan security and tax and has acted as an expert witness for matrimonial proceedings and on questions of professional negligence. He also addresses landlord & tenant matters and is a trusted adviser to trustees.

Charles joined Savills in 1997 as a member of the house sales team in the Knightsbridge office. In 2006 he transferred to the Winchester office and qualified as a chartered surveyor in April 2007. He is a member of STEP (The society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) and has a particular interest in providing advice on the application of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, pre owned assets tax and the annual tax on enveloped dwellings to property.
