Nick heads the Southampton building & project consultancy team and is responsible for the growth of the southern region building consultancy teams in Southampton, Wimborne & Bristol.
Nick is responsible for building surveying advice to clients across the South of England. He specialises in student housing acquisitions, including modern methods of construction. His strength is his ability to narrow advice to clients where complex, including Legal obligations affecting property owners, even on vast portfolio’s.
Nick has over 30 years' practical experience in the industry. Prior to joining Savills in 2007, he was a consultant to Savills for 10 years. During his career he has co-ordinated a large number of projects, completed research on specialist areas and guest lectured at the Kingston University.
In his spare time Nick is an APC chairman for the RICS, a director of two local sports clubs and a motor sport enthusiast.
