Jon is a director in the central south planning team specialising in housing. He first joined Savills in 2008 and has 16 years’ experience acting for array of developers and landowners.
Jon has expertise in promoting land through Local Plans, and conceiving, submitting and negotiating residential-led applications through the planning system. He also has expertise in public consultation, stakeholder and political engagement, the defence of applications at Appeal, and the implementation of permissions.
