Jim is an associate director with work experience in both the public and private sector and has worked on a variety of planning applications, focusing on southern England.
Jim has worked on the preparation and submission of a range of planning applications, project managed the refurbishment and conversion of commercial assets and co-ordinated the implementation of large scale mixed-use sites for public sector and private clients. Through ongoing involvement on high profile schemes Jim has gained an in depth understanding of local councils’ objectives and aspirations for both residential and commercial development sites.
