Michael Wooldridge

Michael is head of Savills Maidstone office and is responsible for a team of 25 covering all aspects of rural estate management and development.

Michael's specialist skills include formulating estate policy, planning and development, and in particular the management of all property asset classes on both traditional and urban fringe estates for private and Institutional clients. Michael looks after a number of clients who he has looked after for a period of over 25 years.  In his spare time, Michael has a passion for sport, particularly rugby, and he is president of Sevenoaks rugby Club.
