James Davies

James started his property career at Savills in Sevenoaks in 2025, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with an MSc in Real Estate. James is working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence.

James supports fee earners and directors within the team and is gaining a range of experience including valuation, development consultancy, and agency work.   He primarily assists with carrying out Red Book valuations for lending. He also markets land on unconditional or ‘subject to planning’ bases, as well as strategic land for option and promotion agreements on behalf of landowners with a view to maximising long-term land value.

Away from work, James is a devoted Welsh rugby supporter and a qualified ski instructor who loves getting to the slopes when he gets the chance.
