Chris Bell

Chris joined Savills in 2015 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2017, becoming an RICS registered valuer shortly thereafter. He was promoted to his current role as an Associate Director in 2022.

Chris specialises in providing valuation and consultancy advice to a range of different clients. His focus is on all aspects of residential, commercial and mixed-use land and property throughout the South East and London. 

Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time on the golf course and watching his local rugby team, Tonbridge Juddians.
