Andrew Watson

Andrew works across the Kent and Sussex area. He specialises in working with land owners, large institutional clients and housebuilders.

Andrew advises on a range of planning issues. These include promoting sites through the local plan process, preparation of planning applications and appeals. Andrew is currently representing a number of institutional clients, particularly on managed estates in the South East. He also works with a number of large land-owning charities.

Andrew has a particular interest in the Natural Capital agenda and works closely with colleagues in the Rural, Energy and Projects division to advise on the planning aspects of Natural Capital.
