
Philip has worked for Savills planning division since 2000. In 2013 he moved to the Reading, where he is head of the multi-disciplinary office.
Philip has more than 20 years professional experience, 16 of which have been in planning consultancy with Savills. Prior to joining Savills Philip worked as a local government planning officer in the Thames Valley.
Philip's professional work focuses on Reading and the Thames Valley where he advises a range of private and developer clients in relation to planning strategy, promotion of strategic land and making and progressing planning applications.
