Kaye has a considerable experience and  working knowledge of rural property in Sussex and Surrey and Kent. She is an RICS approved valuer and a member of the CAAV.Kaye joined Savills in 2008 having started her career with Strutt and Parker in Lewes and then spent 12 years with RH & RW Clutton in East Grinstead.  

Kaye focuses on raluing rural property, farms and estates, residential and rural commercial and vineyards and top and soft fruit.

Outside of Savills Kaye manages the family livestock and arable farm where she has  invested in many diversified enterprises, is an experienced judge in the horse world and is regularly seen out competing either on her show horse or  supporting her daughter's competition riding career.
